Dear Friends & Community,
I’m excited to share that I have launched my new private practice...
Your Well-Being, LLC.
I specialize in trauma treatment, and family counseling, while also providing care for individuals and couples navigating life’s challenges.
I trust my new office space and services continue to reflect my commitment to providing compassionate, client-centered care in a supportive and comfortable
environment.
I bet you’ll like our new waiting room... it’s your car! To minimize crowding in the waiting area, and to help you feel more at ease, Please wait in your car until you receive a text or call when it’s time to enter the office.
Insurance companies have increased their requirements for session
documentation. To remain in compliance and ensure your care is
fully covered:
• 10–15 minutes of each session will be set aside for
required documentation.
• At times, you may receive forms electronically via email
or text.
• You’ll receive a text notification if your attention is
needed.
• Documentation must be completed within 48 hours of
notification.
While this does shift how we use a portion of our time together, it is
essential for maintaining your coverage and ensuring services
continue without interruption.
If you or someone you know could benefit from support, I’d be
honored to help. Visit www.doctorericrutberg.com, call 207-491-6014,
to schedule a session.
Thank you for being part of this journey—I look forward to welcoming
you and continuing to serve with care and dedication.
Warmly,
Dr. Eric Rutberg, LCPC
